What does verification involve?
A review centred on inclusive practice with LGTBQ+ clients, cross-border competence, and a commitment to respectful service. The specifics are developed with founding agencies; we won't promise requirements that don't yet exist.
Who can get listed — only estate agents?
No. We list mortgage advisors, lawyers, notaries, gestorías, surveyors, inspectors and relocation specialists — any professional serving LGTBQ+ buyers and renters in Spain.
Do I need to be LGTBQ+ to apply?
No. GREA's directory is open to any professional committed to serving the LGTBQ+ community with respect and competence. Allies are very welcome.
How are referrals assigned?
By region and specialism, matched to each client's needs, prioritising verified professionals. We'll share the full model with founding agencies as the directory takes shape.
What does it cost right now?
Applying is free. Founding agencies that pass verification join at €249/yr — locked before the directory grows. Any future rate changes will be communicated transparently and in advance.
